Affordable PC repair in Dorset
Every computer problem is different, but a good technician should have some idea of the problem and how long it will take to fix. We try to fix our prices, or agree ahead of starting work how much the repair will cost, so that you don't waste money on a repair if a new PC is more cost effective. Our minimum repair charge is £59 for known faults or simple fixes, or a minimum diagnostic fee of £59 for more complex computer issues will apply.

*Diagnostic Fee covers our time to diagnose your device to the best of our ability and with the tools and software available. It doesn't guarantee we can or will fix it, but fee will still be payable if you decline repair options or we can't get to the bottom of issue after all testing possible!
If you proceed with any quote offered to fix, then the diagnosis is free and you only pay the quoted repair cost.
In all other cases - minimum charge is £45 for simple (known) fixes. All prices are subject to change without notice
